Job Description
- Educate expectant mothers on prenatal care, fetal development, nutrition, and lifestyle choices during pregnancy.
- Provide personalized breastfeeding guidance, including positioning, latching, and managing lactation issues like low milk supply or engorgement.
- Support mothers emotionally through the transition from pregnancy to motherhood, including postpartum challenges.
- Develop and conduct workshops or sessions on childbirth preparation and newborn care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and dietitians to ensure comprehensive maternal care.
- Monitor mother and baby’s health progress, providing follow-up support and referrals when necessary.
- Create customized care plans based on individual needs and cultural considerations.
