- Educate patients and their family members about exercises, mobility aids, and preventive care.
- Maintain detailed clinical records, therapy outcomes, and patient feedback for documentation purposes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
- Follow safety protocols and infection control measures during all home visits.
