Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee the development of rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to create personalized recovery plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and management of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy sessions, follow-up appointments, and diagnostic assessments.
- Monitor patient progress throughout the rehabilitation process, tracking improvements and adjusting care plans as necessary to maximize recovery.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication regarding treatment goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation protocols, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to enhance overall treatment outcomes.
- Stay current on orthopedic rehabilitation trends, best practices, and technologies, ensuring that care is consistent with the latest advancements in the field.
