Job Description
  1. Assess and evaluate patients with neurological disorders such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, or neurodegenerative diseases to determine their physical therapy needs.
  2. Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that include therapeutic exercises, balance training, gait re-education, and functional mobility improvement.
  3. Implement evidence-based neurophysiotherapy treatments to improve movement patterns, strength, coordination, and reduce pain or spasticity in patients with neurological impairments.
  4. Provide education and training for patients and caregivers on daily living strategies, posture correction, adaptive techniques, and the safe use of mobility aids.
  5. Monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy plans to meet evolving rehabilitation goals, and ensuring patients reach optimal functional outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide holistic and integrated care for patients.
  7. Stay current with the latest neurological rehabilitation techniques and advances in neurophysiotherapy, integrating new research and methods into patient care.
