Job Description
- Assess physical conditions and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.

- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and recovery techniques.
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans based on improvement or challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment, and outcomes.
