Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate dental lab technicians in fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of dental restorations as per prescriptions from dental professionals.
- Maintain high-quality standards by implementing quality control procedures and regular inspections.
- Manage inventory of dental materials, equipment maintenance, and order supplies as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate lab personnel to improve productivity and skills.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control regulations in the dental lab setting.
- Collaborate with dentists and specialists to discuss case requirements and ensure patient satisfaction.
