Overview
The Diploma of Vocation in Dental Assistant course provides knowledge and skill training on dental procedures and basics of dental services. The course syllabus includes understanding of dental anatomy, dental materials and instruments, dental hygiene, dental procedures, and dental clinic infrastructure. It is a 2 years of course and eligible for arts and commerce students, after 12th pass or fail. After completion of this course, individual can join as a Dental Technician or Assistant in a dental clinic or hospital. It can also give an opportunity to further develop in a professional role of a Dental Hygienist.
