Overview
The Diploma of Vocation in Dental Technician course provides knowledge and practical training on dental procedures and basics of dental services. The course curriculum includes understanding of dental anatomy, dental instruments and materials, dental procedures, dental hygiene and dental clinic infrastructure. It is a 2 years of course and eligible for arts and commerce students, after 12th pass or fail. After completion of this course, individual can join as a Dental Technician or Assistant in a dental clinic or hospital. It can also give an opportunity to further develop in a professional role of a Dental Hygienist.
