Job Description
- Support in on boarding new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Compile and generate HR reports as needed
- Support HR projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior HR staff
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices
