Job Description
- Coordinate and manage employee on boarding and off boarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date
- Assist in payroll processing and resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Handle employee queries and issues related to HR policies and procedures
- Organize and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the HR department
- Monitor and update attendance records and leave management systems
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
