Job Description
  1. Assist orthopaedic doctors in examinations, surgeries, and routine procedures.
  2. Apply, adjust, and remove casts, splints, and braces as per medical directions.
  3. Support in managing orthopaedic tools and maintaining sterilization protocols.
  4. Help in the preparation and positioning of patients before surgery or treatment.
  5. Educate patients on post-operative care and use of orthopaedic supports.
  6. Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment responses.
  7. Coordinate with physiotherapists and nursing teams for rehabilitation support.
