Job Description
  1. Assess emotional and behavioral issues in children through observation, interviews, and standardized tools.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the child’s developmental stage and specific concerns.
  3. Provide therapy using methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, or family therapy.
  4. Address issues such as anxiety, ADHD, aggression, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, and social difficulties.
  5. Work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and school counselors to support consistent behavioral strategies across settings.
  6. Track and document progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed.
  7. Educate families and caregivers on effective techniques to reinforce positive behavior and emotional regulation at home.
