Job Description
- Assess and address mental barriers to performance, such as anxiety, stress, and focus issues.
- Develop mental skills training programs, including visualization, goal-setting, relaxation techniques, and self-talk strategies.
- Provide therapy and counseling for athletes dealing with performance anxiety, burnout, depression, or post-traumatic stress related to sports injuries.
- Support injury recovery by helping athletes cope with the psychological impact of injuries, ensuring a positive mindset during rehabilitation.
