Senior Resident Anesthesia Provide skilled anesthesia services, manage critical cases, and oversee junior staff. Contribute to optimal patient outcomes and safety through proficient anesthesia administration and teamwork.
Job Description
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgeries, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to maintain stability
- Participate in preoperative evaluations and consultations with patients to assess anesthesia needs and risks
- Assist attending physicians in the management of critical care patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU)
- Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students in anesthesia techniques and patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient outcomes
