Job Description
- Provide anaesthesia services for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patients during surgery to manage anaesthetic depth and vital signs
- Administer appropriate pain relief medications post operatively
- Collaborate with surgical teams to plan anaesthesia strategies tailored to patient needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and consultations to optimize patient care
- Mentor and supervise junior anaesthesiologists, residents, and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated with advances in anaesthesia techniques and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
