  1. Evaluate renal patients preoperatively and plan appropriate anaesthetic protocols tailored to kidney function.

  3. Collaborate with nephrology, surgery, and ICU teams to manage perioperative care.
  4. Handle intraoperative complications, especially those linked to fluid balance, electrolyte shifts, and blood pressure.
  5. Oversee post-operative anaesthetic recovery, ensuring safe transition to critical or ward care.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation of anaesthetic procedures and patient outcomes.
