  1. Oversee the administration of general anesthesia and ensure patient safety during surgical procedures
  2. Supervise and mentor junior anesthesiologists and anesthesia staff, providing guidance and support
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain stable conditions
  4. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to plan and execute anesthesia care plans
  5. Conduct preoperative assessments to evaluate patients' medical histories and determine appropriate anesthesia strategies
  6. Manage postoperative care and pain management, ensuring smooth recovery and minimal discomfort for patients
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of anesthesia procedures and patient responses
