Job Description
- Provide confidential pre- and post-test counseling for individuals undergoing HIV testing.
- Educate clients about HIV transmission, prevention, treatment, and safe practices.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to help clients deal with diagnosis and stigma.
- Connect patients to appropriate medical care, support groups, and social services.
- Conduct outreach programs to raise awareness in at-risk communities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, NGOs, and public health agencies to improve client outcomes.
