Job Description
- Risk Assessment and Evaluation

- Lifestyle Modification Coaching
- Provide one-on-one or group counseling on healthy lifestyle changes such as adopting a heart-healthy diet (low in saturated fats, high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains), engaging in regular exercise, and practicing stress management techniques. Offer practical tips for incorporating these changes into daily life.
- Promotion of Preventive Health Screenings
- Encourage individuals to participate in routine health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose) and monitor key biomarkers associated with cardiovascular health. Guide individuals on how to interpret these results and discuss appropriate next steps if any abnormal findings occur.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams
- Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and other healthcare providers to offer a multidisciplinary approach to cardiovascular health. Ensure that educational materials and risk-reduction strategies are consistent with the advice and recommendations of the healthcare team.
