To apply for the FIACC Fellowship, candidates must:  

• Hold an MBBS degree (minimum qualification) 
• Have at least 3 years of clinical cardiology practice post-MBBS 
• Preference is given to candidates with additional diplomas or MD in internal medicine or family medicine 

The FIACC certification is usually a self-paced program, typically completed in 3 to 6 months, depending on when the candidate completes documentation and assessment processes. 

The FIACC Certification usually costs between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000. This includes application processing, access to reference material, evaluation of credentials, and issuance of the fellowship certificate.
