Job Description
- onduct comprehensive medical examinations for pilots, air traffic controllers, and cabin crew to assess fitness for duty.
- Review medical histories and perform diagnostic tests to detect any health conditions that may impair flight performance.
- Maintain accurate health records and issue medical certificates in compliance with aviation regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with aviation authorities to stay updated on new health policies and regulatory changes.
- Manage and coordinate with healthcare teams and administrative staff within the aviation health unit.
- Provide counseling and health education to aircrew regarding preventive care and occupational hazards.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and training programs related to aviation health and safety standards.
