Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) specialize in diagnosing and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. They work with individuals across all age groups to improve communication abilities, manage developmental or acquired speech impairments, and assist with swallowing difficulties.

Job Description
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address communication or swallowing challenges.
- Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
- Educate clients and families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, educators, and occupational therapists.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Stay updated with research and advancements in speech-language pathology.
