Job Description
  1. Provide medical and surgical care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
  2. Assist senior ENT surgeons in performing surgeries, including minor and complex procedures.
  3. Diagnose a wide range of ENT-related conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic tests.
  4. Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
  5. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring high-quality care and follow-up.
  6. Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students during their rotations.
  7. Continuously update medical knowledge through research, workshops, and participation in professional conferences.
