Job Description
- Provide medical and surgical care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Assist senior ENT surgeons in performing surgeries, including minor and complex procedures.
- Diagnose a wide range of ENT-related conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic tests.
- Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring high-quality care and follow-up.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students during their rotations.
- Continuously update medical knowledge through research, workshops, and participation in professional conferences.
