Job Description
- Design and develop efficient production processes for manufacturing plants.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Develop and oversee process control systems to ensure quality and consistency.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, operational manuals, and safety guidelines.
- Implement new technologies to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide training and support to staff on process-related protocols.
