Job Description
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for hospital buildings, equipment, and utility systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Lead a team of technicians and assign duties according to priority and skill level.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare safety regulations and standards such as NABH or JCI.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to address urgent maintenance needs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and equipment inspections.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders when required to avoid shortages.
