Job Description
- Assist in supervising and coordinating maintenance activities across hospital buildings, utilities, and critical medical equipment.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and safety of all systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to manage urgent repair needs without disrupting patient care.
- Maintain inventory and oversee procurement of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Analyze equipment breakdown trends and recommend long-term infrastructure improvement plans.
- Train and guide maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to protocols.
