Job Description
  1. Prepare and handle gametes (sperm and eggs) for fertilization under sterile lab conditions.
  2. Assist in IVF procedures, including insemination and micromanipulation techniques like ICSI.
  3. Monitor and maintain embryo culture conditions, checking for growth and viability.
  4. Support embryo freezing (cryopreservation) and thawing processes using specialized techniques.
  5. Maintain detailed lab records and logs for each step of the IVF process, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  6. Calibrate and maintain lab equipment to uphold quality and sterility standards.
  7. Collaborate with embryologists and clinical teams to coordinate lab work with patient cycles.
