An IVF Coordinator is a healthcare professional responsible for guiding patients through the in vitro fertilization process. Acting as a liaison between patients, doctors, embryologists, and labs, they provide education, emotional support, and logistical coordination to ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate fertility care.

Job Description
- Coordinate and manage all stages of IVF treatment, from initial consultation to embryo transfer.
- Educate patients on procedures, medications, schedules, and expectations throughout the IVF cycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact between patients, physicians, embryologists, and support staff.
- Schedule diagnostic tests, procedures, and monitoring appointments in line with the treatment plan.
- Monitor treatment timelines and lab results to ensure cycle accuracy and readiness for next steps.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to individuals or couples undergoing fertility treatment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, consent forms, and treatment protocols.
