Job Description
  1. Coordinate and manage all stages of IVF treatment, from initial consultation to embryo transfer.
  2. Educate patients on procedures, medications, schedules, and expectations throughout the IVF cycle.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact between patients, physicians, embryologists, and support staff.
  4. Schedule diagnostic tests, procedures, and monitoring appointments in line with the treatment plan.
  5. Monitor treatment timelines and lab results to ensure cycle accuracy and readiness for next steps.
  6. Provide emotional support and counseling to individuals or couples undergoing fertility treatment.
  7. Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, consent forms, and treatment protocols.
