A Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Coordinator manages programs and services that promote sexual and reproductive well-being. They ensure access to education, clinical services, and community outreach, while advocating for reproductive rights and gender equality.
Job Description
Plan, implement, and monitor SRH programs, including family planning, maternal health, HIV prevention, and adolescent health services.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, NGOs, government agencies, and community groups to enhance service delivery.
Develop educational materials and conduct awareness campaigns on sexual and reproductive health rights.
Collect and analyze program data to assess impact, identify gaps, and inform future interventions.
Advocate for policies that support comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services and address gender-based barriers.
