Job Description
  1. Evaluate and diagnose causes of infertility, including hormonal imbalances, ovulatory disorders, or structural abnormalities.
  2. Develop individualized fertility treatment plans, which may include medications, intrauterine insemination (IUI), or in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  3. Perform or oversee fertility procedures, such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, or sperm analysis.
  4. Provide counseling and support to individuals and couples regarding treatment options and reproductive choices.
  5. Collaborate with lab and surgical teams, including embryologists, andrologists, and gynecologic surgeons, to optimize patient outcomes.
