Job Description
- Assess posture, movement patterns, and body alignment
- Design corrective exercise programs for posture improvement
- Guide clients in proper body mechanics and movement techniques
- Provide stretching and strengthening routines for muscle balance
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
- Educate clients about injury prevention and ergonomic practices
- Maintain records of training sessions and assessments
