Job Description
- Install, calibrate, and maintain a variety of medical devices and equipment used in hospitals or healthcare facilities.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning medical equipment to ensure it operates effectively and safely.
- Perform routine checks and inspections on medical devices to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to medical staff on the correct use and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly documented, including installation records, service history, and calibration reports.
- Monitor and ensure that all medical devices meet regulatory and safety requirements set by health authorities.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers for equipment updates, upgrades, or parts replacement.
