Job Description
  1. Examine animals to diagnose medical conditions or injuries and recommend treatment plans.
  2. Perform surgical procedures, including emergency surgeries, routine spay/neuter operations, and complex surgeries.
  3. Prescribe and administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments to promote animal health.
  4. Advise pet owners, farmers, or caretakers on nutrition, behavior, and preventive care for animals.
  5. Conduct diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ultrasounds, blood tests, and biopsies.
  6. Treat wounds, set fractures, and manage post-operative care for animals.
  7. Monitor the spread of zoonotic diseases and advise on biosecurity measures.
  8. Participate in animal research, wildlife conservation projects, or livestock management programs.
