Job Description
- Track and assess physical, emotional, and cognitive milestones.
- Identify developmental delays or behavioral issues early.
- Create intervention plans involving therapy or special education.
- Counsel parents on age-appropriate stimulation and care.
- Coordinate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators.
- Monitor long-term progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Promote developmental screenings and preventive care.
