Job Description
- Diagnose and treat various childhood cancers, including leukemias, lymphomas, brain tumors, and solid tumors.
- Develop personalized treatment plans using systemic therapies like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted agents.
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust regimens based on patient response and tolerance.
- Collaborate closely with pediatric surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, and support staff to provide coordinated care.
- Support families and caregivers, offering guidance, education, and psychosocial support throughout the treatment journey.
- Participate in pediatric oncology research, clinical trials, and contribute to advancing therapies for childhood cancers.
- Ensure long-term follow-up care, including survivorship planning and monitoring for late effects of treatment.
