Job Description
- Provide direct medical care to neonates in the NICU and other hospital settings.
- Assist senior neonatologists in diagnosing and managing a range of neonatal conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, growth parameters, and overall development of newborns.
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation, intubation, and other emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records for each patient.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the condition and care plan of the infant.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals to ensure integrated neonatal care.
