Job Description
  1. Design and manage the curriculum for residents and fellows in HPB interventional radiology, ensuring alignment with national and institutional standards.
  2. Supervise clinical training and procedural competency, guiding trainees through complex HPB interventions such as tumor ablations, biliary drainage, and portal vein embolization.
  3. Lead faculty recruitment and development, ensuring qualified educators and mentors are available to support trainee learning.
  4. Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements (e.g., ACGME or equivalent), maintaining high standards in education, documentation, and assessment.
