Job Description
- Teach image-guided HPB procedures, such as tumor ablation, biliary drainage, and portal vein interventions, to trainees in radiology and IR fellowship programs.
- Develop educational content, including simulation-based training, procedural videos, case reviews, and online learning modules focused on HPB IR.
- Supervise and mentor residents and fellows in clinical settings, providing direct feedback and guidance during real-time procedures.
- Organize and participate in workshops, conferences, and CME programs related to HPB interventional radiology.
- Conduct educational research, such as studying teaching methods, competency assessments, and outcomes in procedural training.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educators, including surgeons, oncologists, and hepatologists, to deliver integrated HPB education across specialties.
