A Cosmetic Product Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that beauty and personal care products meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards. They monitor all stages of product development and manufacturing to deliver high-quality and compliant cosmetic products.
Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for cosmetic product formulation, manufacturing, and packaging.
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products to ensure safety and performance.
- Ensure compliance with national and international cosmetic regulations (such as BIS, FDA, EU Cosmetic Regulation).
- Conduct internal audits, manage deviations, and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to maintain product quality and support innovation initiatives.
