Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to regulations
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate dispensing and patient safety
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling medication supplies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to pharmaceuticals
- Provide patient counseling and education on medications and health management
- Work closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy outcomes
