Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely availability for production.
- Work with quality control and regulatory teams to maintain compliance with local and international regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.
- Lead and train manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for process optimization.
