Job Description
- Provide administrative support to legal teams handling healthcare-related legal matters.
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents related to medical law, such as patient agreements, malpractice claims, and compliance documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments with healthcare professionals and legal representatives.
- Ensure all legal documents are in compliance with relevant healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other confidentiality requirements.
- Assist in researching and preparing materials for healthcare-related legal cases.
- Organize and maintain legal files, records, and databases related to healthcare cases.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and legal counsel, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to legal inquiries.
