Job Description
- Manage and protect the intellectual property (IP) of healthcare technologies, medical devices, and related innovations.
- Liaise with R&D and engineering teams to identify patentable technologies and products.
- Oversee patent application processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular IP audits and maintain comprehensive records of intellectual property assets.
- Provide legal and strategic advice on IP-related matters to internal teams, including engineers and product developers.
- Collaborate with legal and external patent authorities to defend against potential infringements or disputes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging IP issues in healthcare engineering and maintenance sectors.
