  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of hospice care operations
  2. Manage and mentor interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, social workers, and volunteers
  3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient care
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospice services and meet organizational goals
  5. Monitor and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and financial efficiency
