Job Description
- Lead and oversee all aspects of hospice care operations
- Manage and mentor interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, social workers, and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient care
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospice services and meet organizational goals
- Monitor and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and financial efficiency
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and community stakeholders
- Provide education and training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge in hospice care
- Review and evaluate clinical protocols, ensuring effective and compassionate care delivery
