Job Description
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to elderly patients in nursing homes or residential facilities
- Assist patients with activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help patients move around safely, including transferring from beds to chairs and vice versa
- Observe and report any changes in patients' health or behavior to nursing staff
- Aid in feeding patients who require assistance, adhering to dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in patients' rooms and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to alleviate loneliness and promote well being
