Job Description
Develop and apply molecular dynamics simulations to study protein folding, ligand binding, and molecular interactions.
Create mathematical and computational models to predict biomolecular behaviour under various physiological conditions.
Analyze large-scale biological datasets and integrate experimental data to refine computational predictions.
Collaborate with experimental biophysicists, chemists, and biomedical engineers to translate computational insights into real-world applications.
Publish research findings and contribute to advancements in computational biology, structural bioinformatics, and biophysical modelling.
