Job Description
  1. Prepare and purify metals, minerals, and herbs for therapeutic use, following Ayurvedic protocols (e.g., Shodhana and Marana processes).
  2. Formulate and standardize Rasaushadhis (mineral and metallic Ayurvedic medicines) and herbal-mineral compounds.
  3. Conduct safety and toxicity studies of Rasa Shastra formulations.
  4. Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to develop Ayurvedic medicines.
  5. Research the therapeutic efficacy of Rasa Shastra formulations for specific diseases.
  6. Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines for Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing.
  7. Train students and practitioners in Rasa Shastra techniques.
  8. Promote awareness of the safe use and benefits of Rasa Shastra medicines.
