- Follow strict protocols for quality assurance, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure reliable results.
- Record, interpret, and report test results accurately to physicians or researchers, maintaining confidentiality.
- Adhere to laboratory safety standards, waste disposal protocols, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NABL, ISO, CAP).
