Job Description

- Teach coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other common mental health concerns.
- Provide guidance on self-care practices, mindfulness techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits that support mental wellness.
- Develop individualized wellness plans that integrate mental health, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic care.
- Track client progress and adjust wellness plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
