Job Description
- Provide consistent mentorship and emotional support to adolescents.
- Encourage positive behaviors, self-esteem, and life skills development.
- Plan and engage youth in educational or extracurricular activities.
- Act as a role model and offer guidance on personal and social matters.
- Assist with academic or vocational goal-setting and planning.
- Maintain regular check-ins and track youth development progress.
- Liaise with families and professionals to offer holistic support.
